Overview
Nuestra política dura 15 días Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
Because they are perishable products, fresh flowers, floral arrangements, and plants cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of:
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the item. In that same message, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
En El Tulipán we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please email us at info@floristeriaeltulipan.com and send your item to our store in Colonia Centroamerica.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send it to our store in Colonia Centroamerica
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
