In this document, «the Client», «you» and «your» refer to the user of the site. «the Company», «we» and «our» refer to Floristeria El Tulipan.
By completing payment on our website and confirming your order, you expressly authorize the charge to the payment method selected for the full amount shown at the time of purchase. This authorization constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Floristeria El Tulipan.
Orders placed online are recorded together with device identification data and the IP address used at the time of the transaction, as part of our internal security records.
By placing an order you accept that the information provided (name, delivery address, contact details and personalized message) is correct and corresponds to an intentional purchase. The order confirmation sent by email or shared over WhatsApp constitutes proof of the transaction.
Orders may only be cancelled if the request is made before the arrangement has been prepared. Once an order is being prepared or is on its way, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@floristeriaeltulipan.com or on WhatsApp.
Delivery is considered complete when the order is received at the address given by the customer, whether by the recipient, a family member, an authorized neighbor, or when the courier confirms having left the order at that address. Any message from the customer confirming that the order arrived (by WhatsApp, phone call or any other channel) also constitutes confirmation of delivery.
Floristeria El Tulipan is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an incomplete address or a recipient who is unavailable without prior notice.
Communications between the customer and Floristeria El Tulipan over WhatsApp, email and other digital channels are treated as official records of the transaction. This includes order confirmations, delivery coordination, personalized messages and any other communication relating to the purchase.
Floristeria El Tulipan retains all records of orders, payments, communications and deliveries. In the event of a chargeback filed with the issuing bank over a legitimate and delivered transaction, we will submit all available evidence to contest the claim, including WhatsApp records, delivery confirmations and transaction data.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a delivered order without having contacted the company first constitutes a violation of these terms and may lead to legal action or reports to the relevant payment platforms.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Floristeria El Tulipan. Reproduction, sale, redistribution or use is not permitted without express written authorization. To request permission, write to us at info@floristeriaeltulipan.com.
Floristeria El Tulipan does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free of errors. The company is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, except in cases of negligence, proven fraud, or situations where Nicaraguan law does not permit such a limitation.
