Refund and Return Policy<\/h2>\n

Thank you for shopping with Floristeria El Tulipan. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you accept the terms set out below.<\/p>\n

Perishable products, no returns<\/h3>\n

Floral arrangements, bouquets, loose flowers and plants are perishable products. Because of their nature, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered<\/strong>, regardless of the purchase date.<\/p>\n

Delivered orders, final sale<\/h3>\n

Once an order has been delivered to the address given by the customer and the delivery has been confirmed (by the recipient, the courier, or through a message from the customer), the sale is considered complete and no refund applies.<\/p>\n

Non-perishable products<\/h3>\n

For non-perishable items such as accessories, vases or other products that do not expire, our return window is 15 days from the date of purchase<\/strong>. After that period we do not accept returns or exchanges. The item must be unused, in its original condition and preferably in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

Sale items<\/h3>\n

Products bought at a discount or on promotion are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n

Gift cards<\/h3>\n

Gift cards are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

Exchanges for a damaged or incorrect item<\/h3>\n

If you received an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@floristeriaeltulipan.com<\/a> or on WhatsApp. We will review your case and, if the error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.<\/p>\n

You must contact us before opening any dispute<\/h3>\n

Before opening any dispute, chargeback or claim through your bank or financial institution, the customer must contact us directly<\/strong> through the channels listed below. Most problems are resolved quickly and directly.<\/p>\n

Filing a chargeback without having contacted Floristeria El Tulipan first constitutes a violation of this policy and may be reported as fraud to the relevant authorities and payment platforms.<\/p>\n

Fraudulent chargebacks<\/h3>\n

Floristeria El Tulipan keeps records of every order, including customer details, payment confirmations, WhatsApp communications and delivery confirmations. In the event of an unjustified chargeback on a delivered order, we will submit all available evidence to the issuing bank to contest the claim.<\/p>\n

Approved refunds<\/h3>\n

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within several business days. If you have not received it after that period, check your bank account and contact your bank before contacting us.<\/p>\n

Return shipping costs<\/h3>\n

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from any approved refund. For valuable items we recommend using a tracked or insured service.<\/p>\n
